KAROLINA CZĘCZEK
Karolina Częczek - architect and partner at Only If Architecture studio and lecturer at the Yale School of Architecture. Her interests combine the architectural and urban scales. Only If’s projects are typologically diverse and include: temporary installations and interiors, a house in Brooklyn (Narrow House), the design of a senior citizen housing project, the development plan for the New York metropolitan region (Fourth Regional Plan), as well as studies of the urban fabric (Irregular Development) and related exhibitions and publications. Her research on the architecture and spaces of public pools will be part of the exhibition New York New Publics at the MoMA in 2023. Karolina Częczek has graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Technology in Krakow and the Yale School of Architecture, She is a licensed architect in the Netherlands and Poland. She gained her professional experience as an architect at the Office for Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) in Rotterdam and Hong Kong.
Karolina Częczek is one of the authors of the works presented at the AMBULATORIUM exhibition, she will also give a lecture on the second day of the festival.
